They walked around and had this pretty slick way of figuring the bid on their iPad so there was no waiting to turn it around. The price was more than fair. They started the install a few days later once I got the fixtures I wanted. Dave from Douthit communicated with me every day, cleaned up and organized at the end of each day. Super friendly and amazingly responsive. The final part was after they were all done, I told them it would be a day or two before I can check out the final work. It was perfect. The part that was great was when Dave called me and said he just wanted to make sure I loved the results. Which of course I did. Great company and highly recommend!

- Outstanding Service We recently moved into a new house and found out that the laundry room only had plugs for the washer/dryer. (Seriously? Where are we supposed to iron?) We called Chuck Douthit Electrical Inc to have outlets put into our laundry room. When they showed up, they were clean and well dressed. Very professional. The work was done quickly and cleanly. I couldn't even tell anyone had been doing work in my laundry room. Everything was clean when they left. The plugs looked like they'd been there since the house was built. Mr. Douthit even stayed around after the work was done to answer any questions I had and talk to me about future improvements I had in mind for the house. - We've lived in our home for almost 17 years. During those years we've needed electrical services due to improper wiring when the house was built, (imagine that, how did it pass the original inspection?!). After using several other electricians we finally called Douthit Electrical. The service we received, from the person scheduling our appointment to the completion of the work, was OUTSTANDING!!! The gentleman that assessed our needs, Darren, was committed to making sure he covered all areas of our concerns. During the inspection, Darren discovered several other critical issues that had to be addressed. We had multiple outlets that were not covered with GFI protection, (Ground Fault Indicators). An outlet in our kitchen, (that had rarely been used), had stopped working (reason for our call to Douthit). The wires to the outlet had burned due to not being attached to a GFI. Darren was not able to complete the work that afternoon because he discovered more problems than we had called about. However, he made sure he secured everything before leaving and promised to return the next day with all the equipment needed to make our home safe. Not only did he return as promised but he arrived on time and brought another technician, Jim, with him to help complete the work. Darren gave us a list of all the costs at the start of the work. That allowed us to know exactly what to expect. We asked Darren to leave extra business cards so we could share them with anyone that asked if we had an electrician we would recommend. We're thankful we have Chuck Douthit Electrical Inc in our neighborhood!

Daniel is the technician that came out to my house. He was very thorough and very helpful in helping me make decisions on what I needed to get accomplished in my kitchen. He was also friendly and a pleasure to talk with and did not make me feel intimidated at all. I am so glad I found this company because I will use them in the future and recommend them to everybody.
- Darren came out to the house and did an awesome job and possibly saved our house from a future disaster. House was hit by lightning and Darren came out to assess the damage... he was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He found a breaker that was overheating and we decided to replace it that day. - Their same-day service is a winner! Knowledgeable technicians, creative approach to solving my lakeside electrical needs. Looks past the obvious to help you work out what you really need. It is very refreshing to get the service done on the first visit rather than facing "we will call you back within 48 hours to schedule your service for sometime next week between 8 and 5 if a service tech is available and if he can somehow find the parts somewhere between now then.
